“Sean, I don’t think I can take any more teases,” I protested, lifting myself back up.
“Do you want me?”
“Yes.”
“I promise I won’t tease you this time, baby.” He was kissing my stomach in the area right below my belly button.
“I want you to fuck me, Sean. Don’t just make me come. But really fuck me. Not nice. Hard and fast. Just like you drive your cars.”
He chuckled into my belly, causing a series of shivers to spring through me. “Are you begging?”
He placed one of my legs on the back of his couch and the other foot on the floor so that my legs were spread for him. He stroked my pussy with his fingers through my thong underwear.
“Your pussy is so hot. You know what I’m gonna do?” He looked up at me, and I shook my head no. “I’m going to fuck you hard, just like you asked.”
He kissed me through my panties, exciting me, teasing me. He gently pulled them aside and took me with his mouth.
“Oh, Sean…”
He tongued me until I couldn’t hold in much of anything. My climax rushed through me with little warning.
“Don’t move,” he said once my first orgasm was over. “You look sexy open like that for me.”
He reached for his wallet and pulled out a condom. I watched him as he undressed to reveal his super hard body and a massive erection.
I lifted myself up so that his dick was level with my mouth and took him inside. He gasped as I began to stroke and please him.
“Now, Karlina.”
He pulled me away, rolled the latex down the length of his shaft then picked me up by the waist. I wrapped my legs around him and he lifted my ass up and carefully pushed my pussy down on the tip of his penis.
My head was tilted back in pleasure as he began to enter me. He thrust in and out, but only with the tip. I ground my hips into him, begging for more.
I buried my face in the crevice between his neck and shoulders. He groaned into my hair and pushed in some more. He moved over to the arm of his lounge chair and gently placed me on the edge with my back supported against the corner and, in one motion, thrust his dick into me.
I screamed. “Fuck.” Pain turned into pleasure.
“Damn,” he muttered. “Has it been that long for you?”
I nodded and rested my head back against the chair. It wasn’t just that. He was well endowed. Bigger than any man I’d ever had. I felt impaled by the long thickness of him.
He grabbed my calves and held my legs up and began to thrust in and out. We were both moaning uncontrollably, moving our pelvises to meet each other with each thrust. Our sweat-riddled bodies worked together to give each other pleasure and reach the ultimate ending.
I reached yet another climax, but this time with my arms wrapped around him. He kissed me as I came, swallowing his name as it left my lips. His body began to quake and shiver and he exploded into the condom within me.
Even when it was over, we remained cradled in each other’s arms.

That whole week, it was non-stop sex for Sean and me. I knew that, eventually, he’d have to go out of town on business again, and I wanted all that I could get. And sure enough on Monday morning, I got a call from him saying that he’d just caught a flight out to Texas. He wouldn’t be back in town until Wednesday at the earliest.
I drove to the gym after work for my circuit training class. I was a little stressed out with it being month-end at the office but knew that I would feel better after working up a sweat. As I entered the shower room to change out of my work clothes, I thought about Sean. To me, he was just so perfect. But even I knew that everything that glittered wasn’t gold. I imagined how much more bliss and ecstasy we could share together before we got tired of one another. And before he decided that our affair was becoming too long-term for him. The one thing that I could say was that it was good while it lasted. Maybe that’s all that really mattered.
I didn’t want to worry about the future. I wanted to live right now.
As I walked into the classroom, some of the women were already beginning to stretch. I’d started out in circuit training classes and I remembered how it was always so comforting and encouraging to work out with other women who shared the same goals as me. I still felt the same way. Plus, I could have sworn I had gained about five pounds since I met Sean. When the instructor blew the whistle, we pretty much knew the routine. Five minutes on each piece of equipment and two repetitions with no breaks in between.
After the circuit training, I took a quick shower and changed into some casual clothes. I was hungry, so I decided to make a quick trip to the deli across the street.
I flung my gym bag over my shoulder and walked out of the shower room. As I turned the corner, a man was lifting his head from the water fountain. Before he could focus on where he was going and before I could move out of the way, he slammed right into me.
“Ah!” My outburst was that of disgust, I took a step back to regain my composure.
“I’m so sorry,” he apologized. “Gosh, I’m so clumsy. Are you okay?”
He finally looked up at me to reveal stunning green eyes and curly black hair. He was so tall he towered over me by at least four or five inches. I was five feet seven inches, so that made him well over six-feet tall. He was incredibly lean and muscular beneath his basketball jersey shirt and baggy jogging shorts. His was light in complexion and the shade reminded me of honey.
“Yes, I’m fine.”
“Wait a minute. Do I know you?”
I squinted, refocusing my attention. “I don’t think so.”
He continued standing in my path, giving me the once over. “I think I’ve seen you before but I could be wrong. I’m Jonathan.” He held out his hand to me.
“Karlina.” I shook his hand. “I started my membership here about two months ago.”
“I just bought this place about a month ago. I’m from Chicago.” He stroked at his chin and narrowed his gaze. “Karlina, you look familiar.”
I smiled. “That’s crazy. I’m from Chicago, too. I just moved here.”
“Oh…you kind of look like…wait, are you related to the Nguyens?”
My hand went to my mouth. “Jonathan! Jonathan Duvall. From the church? From my dad’s church?”
“Your dad’s the pastor, right? I knew I knew you from somewhere.” He gave me a quick hug. “I moved right after he took over the congregation there, remember?”
My gaze shifted across him. No wonder I didn’t immediately recognize him. It looked like he’d lost some weight and he’d certainly bulked up a bit. His hair was also cut shorter than what I remembered.
“Yeah, you did move. What happened?”
“I was out in Florida for a little bit and now I’m here in Atlanta.”
I smiled. “Wow, it’s a really small world.”
While Jonathan had attended the church with his parents on Sunday, he’d been the topic of a lot of conversations among the younger women. Nearly all the teenagers there had the hots for him.
“So, what’s the pastor’s daughter doing all the way out here?” he asked.
I shrugged. “Getting away. Making a name for myself, I guess. I moved here to take a new job, actually.”
“Yeah, well congrats on that.”
“Thanks.” Of course, I didn’t tell him that I had lost the job before I could even start and was only working part-time as secretary in a small office now. He didn’t need to know all that.
“What ever happened to Tasha, your best friend?” he asked.
“We’re still best friends,” I replied. “We came down here together actually.”
“Cool.” He stepped back and gave me another long, slow once over.
I glanced at my watch. I was expecting a call from Sean tonight.
“Jonathan, it was nice to see you again, but I’m afraid I have to go,” I said, beginning to move past him.
He fell in step beside me. “You um…doing anything? I mean, why
don’t we get together sometime?” He smiled suggestively.
“I…well…”
He rolled his eyes. “You’re taken, of course. All the good ones are.”
I sighed in relief, thankful that I didn’t have to do the explaining.
“Hey, take my card.” He shoved his card at me. “If you ever feel the urge, you know…to break free, just give me a call.”
I nodded and looked down at his card. Jonathan Duvall, 24/7 Fitness Studio, Owner.
“You’re the owner, huh?”
“Yeah. Like I said, I just bought the place. I’m also one of the personal trainers here.”
“Nice,” I said. “Well, I’ve gotta go.”
“Bye. And I hope to see you back here often.” He grinned.
“Sure.” I turned around and hurried out of the gym.
When I got in my car, I put the card down in my gym bag with my dirty clothes.

Sean called me later on that night, just as I was getting comfortable under the covers.
“What are you doing?” he asked.
“Getting ready for bed. Just got home like two hours ago,” I said groggily. The extra work and gym time had really gotten to me.
“Oh, where were you this evening?”
“Work and then the gym.”
“Oh. My agent emailed me the stats on a property that I’m really interested in buying and I think I’m going to move forward with it. Inspector identified a few problems, like old plumbing and mold down in the basement. But nothing I haven’t handled before or can’t handle now. I had my assistant get the comps in the area, and overall, it looks like a winner.”
“Good for you. So, you’re going to purchase it fairly soon?”
“Yep, papers are already in the works. I’ll be back Wednesday like I promised. I’m meeting a contractor that evening to go over some work to get started on the fix up. I’m shooting for a total renovation and resale in less than two months.”
“You are on a roll,” I said. “I’m so proud of you.”
“Yeah, but you inspire me. Can’t wait to see you Wednesday.”
When we finally got off the phone with each other, I bundled up in my silk sheets and fell fast asleep, thinking about Sean.
* * *
On Wednesday after work, Sean picked me up at my home. He greeted me with a half dozen roses and a kiss. This time, the roses were red.
“Sean, these are beautiful. Thank you.”
“You’re welcome. Have you eaten dinner yet?”
“No, not yet.”
“We won’t be out long. We’ll grab something to eat before it gets too late.”
When we arrived at the house, the contractor’s truck was already there; it appeared that he was already inside the house.
“My subcontractor’s name is Eduardo. He does demolition and general contracting work. He’s been helping me out ever since I started,” Sean said as we got out of the car. “His son and I race sometimes.”
All of a sudden, another car—a flashy, red BMW—pulled up alongside Sean’s. A striking woman with long, jet-black hair and a short, black skirt climbed out of the car. Once she’d straightened, she ran her fingers down the length of her hair and began walking toward us. Her short skirt rode up her long, brown thighs as she approached. By the time she reached us, her skirt was damn near hugging her ass. I couldn’t tell if the chick had gotten lost down the wrong street looking for the nearest nightclub or what.
I frowned.
She grinned from ear to ear. “Hi!”
The black skirt she wore was so tight that I couldn’t imagine that she had any room to move comfortably in it. The top two bottoms of her blouse were unbuttoned, revealing the tops of her extremely huge breasts.
“Hi, Jessica,” Sean said, an unpleasant expression on his face.
“Sean, I know I told you on Monday that I would come earlier to get some pictures and be out of the contractor’s way, but I got busy at the office and, well…I’m here now.”
“Oh, really.” There was a bit of disbelief in Sean’s voice.
There was a brief silence and Jessica said, “Well, don’t be rude, Sean, aren’t you going to introduce me to your new friend?”
New friend. The way she’d said that made me cringe inside. Who was this woman?
“Jessica, this is Karlina. Karlina, this is Jessica,” Sean said quickly.
Jessica held out her hand. “Hi! I’m Sean’s personal assistant. I handle all of Sean’s listings and decorating for his investments. I also handle administration work for his rental properties.”
I shook her hand. “Hi?”
Sean’s uncomfortable attitude toward Jessica made me feel uncomfortable, too. It seemed that Jessica handled just about everything for Sean. But why was I just learning about this?
“Well, I’ll be out here taking pictures. Don’t let me hold you up.”
“Jessica, don’t forget the back of the house this time.”
“Sure, Sean.” She smiled and then added, “Anything you want.”
Sean and I walked away, but I turned around again to look at her. To my surprise, she was also looking at me, but this time, she wasn’t smiling. In fact, it looked as though she were sneering. She broke her gaze with me and pretended to look down in her bag for something.
“How long have you and Jessica been working together?” I asked as we climbed the steps to the front door.
“I’ve had her on retainer for about a year, but I only just recently started acquiring property again.”
“Oh, that’s a long time. She must really do a good job for you, then.” I didn’t think twice about what I said or how I’d said it. After it was out, I realized that it sounded sort of sarcastic. I hoped he hadn’t noticed.
He looked at me, dubiously, as if searching for the real meaning of that statement.
“Sean,” someone called out from inside the house. A man came from behind the door with a measuring tape in his hand. “You made a good choice with this one.”
“Thanks, Eduardo…”
“You want to keep the hardwood floors? They’re in good condition,” Eduardo inquired.
“Yes, all hardwoods will remain in the house.”
As Eduardo and Sean talked about the property, my mind trailed off to what had just happened outside. I turned and looked through the windows. I could see Jessica outside, stumbling across the bumpy lawn in her six-inch heels with a camera pressed to her face. She was clumsy and looked like a complete and utter mess walking around the lawn stumbling because her stilettos punctured the ground with her every step. Who dressed like that to go take pictures of a shabby old house? Everyone else was wearing jeans. Something seemed fishy to me with the way that Jessica acted towards Sean and the way Sean acted as if he wanted to ignore her. As if he had wanted her to disappear. What had gone on between them? Perhaps he wasn’t happy with his assistant’s work?
“Karlina…” I heard Sean’s voice call out to me. I glanced once more at the front yard then walked toward the kitchen area where he was standing.
I stood in front of him with both of my hands tucked into the back pockets of my jeans.
“What were you thinking about over there, huh?” he asked, looking at me carefully, squinting his eyes.
“Nothing.” I shook my head.
He reached up and tucked one of my curls behind my ear. “You sure?”
“I’m sure.” I was looking down at the floor, at my heels, anywhere but Sean’s eyes because I knew I was bluffing. I wanted to question him about the apparent connection that he had with Jessica, but I was hesitant.
He captured my waist in one of his arms and pulled me into his chest, persuading me to look at him. He touched his lips to mine and kissed me. At first, he placed small, light kisses on my lips and then the kiss intensified. My mind went blank and I immediately forgot about everything and enjoyed the way his lips felt against mine. He moved his hands from the dip of my waist to my backside and squeezed, pullin
g me closer into his body. I could feel the bulge in his jeans against the top of my pelvis. Suddenly, a door slammed, and I jerked away from Sean and looked back. Jessica was standing in the doorway, looking at us with her camera hanging down at her side.
“Excuse me for interrupting, but I’m going to get a few pictures of the inside.”
“Thanks, Jessica,” Sean said.
As Jessica took pictures of the living room area, Sean turned his attention back to me and whispered, “When I ask you a question, Karlina, I always want the truth, no matter what, okay?”
I shook my head.
“I’ve never seen you seem so…indifferent like that. If something bothers you, I want you to say something. I’ll do anything you ask me…you only need to tell me.”
“I will.”
* * *
When we were in the car on the way to go get a bite to eat, I finally got the courage to ask him what was on my mind. “How come I get the feeling that you and Jessica were a little tense back there with each other?”
“I don’t know, baby. But tense is not the word. Jessica knows the routine about not getting in the way of the contractors. Actually, she and Eduardo don’t get along too well. I try to let them work apart from each other, but I’m not sure how she got word that it was okay for her to come out there today.”
“Oh.”
“Jessica and I are business partners. She gets paid on a contract basis, just like everyone else that I hire to do work for me. She gets an installment up front to begin, and the final payment is paid when the house sells. So, her goal is to always get a home sold no matter what. The sooner the home sells, the sooner everyone gets paid.”
“Well…I guess it does take a mini skirt and breast implants to sell a home once in a while,” I joked.
“I admit that she does whatever it takes…”
For a moment, I thought that he sounded a little too serious. I wondered what he’d meant by whatever it takes.
